Phase 1 (Trains 1-3)

NextDecade began construction of Phase 1 (Trains 1-3) of Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) in July 2023. Trains 1-3 will produce approximately 18 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of liquefied natural gas (LNG). That is enough energy to heat and cool more than 20 million average U.S. households annually.
