NextDecade recently launched the NextDecade Scholars Program reinforcing their educational commitment in the Rio Grande Valley.

NextDecade awarded four $1,000 scholarships to Port Isabel High School seniors at their Awards Ceremony in April 2019, after carefully reviewing several scholarship applications. The scholarship program supports fields in STEM studies as well as industry programs with a focus in construction trades and also supports NextDecade’s objective of helping to ensure a qualified workforce in the Rio Grande Valley for years to come. Future plans include expanding the scholarship program to additional school districts, helping a wider group of students in their educational goals and careers. Congratulations to our 2019 scholarship recipients!
